- Contract Date
- The contract with our customer is made when payment by our customer is completed.
Any confirmation e-mail or invoice letter sent from Jmarine store to you do not constitute a contract.
- Contract type : CIF
- The contract to be made with our customer is CIF under Incoterms.
We delivers your product on the designated ship bound for your nearest ship.
We do not take any responsibility of damage to, or lost of the ordered products after we deliver it on the port.
- Invoice Price
- Our invoice price includes product price, insurance and delivery cost from J marine store’s warehouse in Japan to our customer’s nearest port.
- Pick up
- Forwarder delivers your product to your nearest port. We would like you to pick up your product at the port.
- Where will Jmarine deliver goods?
- Jmarine delivers to over Asian countries. You can see the list of where we deliver.
List of where we deliver: Shanghai, Hong Kong, Taipei, Takao, Kuala Lumpur, Jakarta, Kota Surabaya, Busan, and Incheon.
*Forwarder delivers your product to the port which you select.
We would like you to pick up your product at the port.
- What delivery method does Jmarine use?
- We will use Yusen Logistics.
Times will be extended, depending on where exactly your nearest port is.

- International Outboard Delivery
- Outboard motors despatched internationally are safety checked here at Jmarie before being packaged for delivery.
Some assembly will be required when you order option propera with the outboard motor.

- Outboard Motor Tracking
- All international outboard motor orders can be tracked online.
Should you wish to track your order online, simply put your consignment number which will be supplied to you in your confirmation email.
